Do you ship internationally?
Yes! I ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. If your country isn’t listed, feel free to get in touch.
How long will my order take to ship?
Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as it ships.
What shipping service do you use?
I ship via Australia Post with tracking. Domestic orders usually arrive within 2–6 business days. International times may vary.
Returns & exchanges
Due to the custom nature of my products, I normally don’t accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged. But if you have any concerns, please reach out — I want you to love your brush.
